Refund policy

🔄 Refund & Replacement: Full refund for wrong color/missing item. For damaged/missing items, an unboxing video is required.

• In rare cases where a parcel is lost in transit, it takes up to 30 days from the order date to confirm and resolve it. (Dw full responsibility is taken & full refunds are provided)
• If delivery attempts fail and the parcel goes into RTO (Return to Origin), re-shipping charges will need to be paid again. (Since we already paid the shipping charges)
• We follow a strict no-cancellation policy once an order is placed.
